Very pleasant stay in Ebisu, Tokyo. The location was particularly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby neighborhoods. The accommodation was optimal, well organized, and comfortable. An excellent base for exploring Tokyo, which I highly recommend.

Room was good, staff was kind and punctual, spoke good english and very friendly. The capsule is what it is, a decent capsule, good showers just expect a line during busy hours and the bathrooms and lockers were perfect, good space and clean. I give it 3 stars simply because of the duration of 4 hours to have to wait, maybe make it an hour or two for men and an hour or two for women. The other issue was absolutely horrible people on my floor, running and stomping, jumping from the second row of capsules with shoes on, talking lpudly, some talking on their phones, some even had alarms that didn't wake them up but woke up everyone else and they'd go on for 10 or so minutes. This wasn't just locals or foreigners either, a mix of both just bad mannered people. I know the hotel can't filter people all the time but it was so bad I had to take a star off and the time sucks for anyone staying multiple days, besides that the sleeping pod and tbe amenities are amazing, I would stay again but not consecutively.
