excellent room. the only things noteworthy of mentioning are that the jets of the bathtub were not working and it was hard to change from the tap to the showerhead due to a broken handle. Overall very pretty and nice room, although some parts of it would need a little bit more maintaining and care. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and its facilities were very good even though there was some construction going on in the backyard.
One more thing to mention is that the cleaning staff removed the bathrobes repeatedly from the room and we had to ask multiple times at the reception to get them replaced the following days. The staff overall could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. I felt the short conversations were somewhat unpleasant. Parking is available

The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed was hard. The hotel is a bit out of the way if you are doing things in Faro. The Expedia page says they have laundry facilities, they DO NOT. They will send your laundry out to be laundered(2Euro per shirt) ouch!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight was the exceptional service from staff, everyone was welcoming but Bianca went above and beyond for us! Super welcoming and helpful!
