Check in process is awful, we had to complete multiple forms and weren’t sent the check in instructions until a few minutes before reception closed at 6pm, at which time the staff leave, we had to contact customer services via online chat to sort out our car reservation which took over an hour and then the garage is a 7 min walk from the hotel, then our room code didn’t work so we had to re contact them for a new code, the kitchennet facilities are very basic,

Be prepared to park away from the property and walk. The bed is very uncomfortable it feels like you sleeping in inflatable bed. Very noisy place literally since 5am you can hear everybody and walking up and down the stairs. The guy in the front desk in the morning is very friendly. Other than that just to stay to sleep because you are very super tired. It’s ok.

It’s 2 floors and NO ELEVATOR. Not a problem for us, but I can see this being an issue for many others.The young man working the front desk was really nice and very helpful. Gave us lots of suggestions for food and local attractions. The beach is about a mile away, but there are busy streets and lots of cross walks to get there. We ended up using Citibike to get down there. Plenty of yummy spots to eat within walking distance (even Dunkin and McD’s super close). Room was clean but not much storage space. Bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night when we got back from our cruise. It was a 20 min drive to the airport. Good location
