The room (premium suite) was clean, with a cute balcony and both a bathtub and shower.
The breakfast was good; I wouldn’t have said AMAZING like some reviews. The coffee was really good and it was a treat to have passion fruit for breakfast.
There was ongoing construction in the hotel which I found loud and annoying, but only after 8/9am.
You really do see the planes take off and land from your window or the rooftop pool, yet the rooms are soundproof enough that you don’t hear them much.
No issues with the cleanliness of the pool.
The shuttle picked me up promptly per their instructions; a bit odd that they only offer you a shuttle one direction (to OR from the airport, not both) but a $5 taxi won’t break the bank.
Overall I’m glad I choose this hotel!

One night stay only before departure - arrived at midnight so could not complain or ask for the room to be changed ( but assume others are the same). Not a four star by any stretch or your imagination would need to be wild… I felt in a 70s movie.
Disappointed . Given I paid more than half the price of a five star I expected more - at least in terms of the room having simple amenities that are working: creaking door ( need to force to close), no curtains or system to block water to get out when taking a shower, the way the bathroom was set leads to water leaking … Decided not to even go to the breakfast given that experience- scare of getting ill before departure.
