Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need.
Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces.
When we were staying a school class seemed to be there so we weren’t able to use the games room as it was very busy but did a work out in their little gym and grabbed pizzas from their partner restaurant and it was fantastic! Would visit again. Apartment was all expected and more. Also very quiet and peaceful.

A really unique and well presented hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable apartment with kettle etc but also hairdryer/iron & ironing board!!
Just outside are the bus/tram stops (number 62) to take you directly into the centre of the city. You don't have any disturbing noise either considering they are so close.
All of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly.
Free coffee/tea facilities in the foyer are an extra bonus.
Should we ever visit this beautiful city again we will stay here.
