easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. I'll definitely be staying here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was very impressed with how clean and tidy it was. And it had all the bare essentials you need, especially a fan in this heat. I was very satisfied and will use them again 🙂

Excellent value with breakfast & car parking included in the room rate. Large ample sized car park. Room of a good size, well laid out with a very comfortable bed. Property in a good useful location, very close to Gillingham town centre and 10mins to Chatham. Regular bus services leave from right outside the hotel to Chatham and Gillingham town centre.

Nice comfortable hotel in convenient position for exploring the Royal Engineers museum and the Historic Chatham boatyard. Also, only a short drive from Leeds Castle which was well worth visiting. Bar and food prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and the lounge and bar were comfortable.
