We stayed for one night, also having dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean, the dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring.

Beautiful old building on a lovely street with lots to look at and beautiful countryside to explore. Breakfast was sooo good.

Where to start, the friendly staff, the lovely room or the fantastic food and ale. A lovely little pub, the car park is round the corner, however a cut through means itโs only a few metres away. Greater with friendly staff who showed me to a lovely quirky room with a king sized bed, tv, tea and coffee and a litre of bottled water. The en-suite was clean and the shower was lovely. I went downstairs for an evening meal that was delicious, huge and very reasonably priced, quashed down with a local ale. Staff and locals chatted happily with me before I went up to bed. The black out curtains were excellent and the room was quiet. I had a huge fry up for breakfast washed down with tea and fresh juice, included in the price. I would definitely recommend this place.
