The staff were helpful, friendly without being overbearing. I came with friends who wrote staying elsewhere. . They said next time they were in Exeter. They will be book8ng in with the oak tree.

The accommodation was in a peaceful location, ideally situated from Exeter, just 10 minutes drive away.
There is plenty of car parking space, and walks nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was tea/coffee and biscuits in the room.
There are no food options on site; however, there is access to a communal fridge and microwave, as well as plates, glasses and cutlery in the room, so you could bring/order food in if you wanted.

Really friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in our double room. Shared fridge space for our dog’s food and our beer. Tracey and Rocky lent us crockery and cutlery as needed. Room had a fan to keep us cool in this hot weather, good TV channels and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. I slept well on both nights of our stay, which is unheard of! It’s so peaceful around there, we saw cows in the early morning, it’s a beautiful area with friendly locals. Excellent value for the price. Easy to drive down to the city in a few minutes.
En suite sink tap had hot and cold water which was good, but the bulky attachment got in the way a bit because the sink is small. Shower but no bath, but we knew that already when booking.
