It was in a great location to explore Babbacombe.
Good value breakfasts.
A small amount of general maintenance is required but our stay was really end of season after dozens of guests have passed through allowing little down time for maintenance. I’m sure that as the season slows down this will not be done.

Firstly, the welcome from the lovely Daisy; she was so smiley and gave us so much helpful information . In fact all the staff were amazing and should be commended for their helpful and friendly manners.
Also liked the location- perfect for the front and the theatre.
The cafe and grounds were pretty out the front.
The food in the restaurant was very good and cheap. Having a bar with entertainment was great for when we returned from our evenings out. We were able to have a little dance.
The rooms were very good value for money. We stayed in two , a bigger family one on the first night and a smaller twin bedded on the 2nd night. That was our favourite of the two. It appeared more modern.
The spa was an attraction too although sadly, we couldn’t use the pool on the day we chose as it was closed . This is why I rated facilities 9 rather than 10

Close to the beach
Felt like we were punished cause we booked through booking.com.
Everything was dirty, shower was very grim, cutlery had last nights dinner on it, cups had lipstick on
