The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Delicious home made welcome cake was available on arrival.
Extremely dog friendly with spare bowls, blankets and treats etc. available for the animals.
There was a dining space that we could use to eat takeaway dining from an outiside restaurant.
10am check out - at most places I have stayed at this is 11am, especially on a Sunday.

Great location. Free parking on site. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Comfy bed.
Lack of surfaces at bedtime for taking off jewellery, phone, bag etc. Bathroom needs updating. Floor very uneven underfoot. Duvet cover and pillowcase a bit 'scratchy' but all bedding was very clean and smelt fresh. Tv remote was pretty well used and hard to read the symbols.
We only stayed overnight so none of this affected our stay, just observations and wouldn't stop me booking there again for an overnighter. 😊

Excellent location, near Babbacombe Downs (and the beaches) and St Marychurch. Luke and Bec were very friendly hosts.

Great location, just around the corner from Oddicombe beach and the funicular
The en suite shower was a major letdown. The water pressure was completely non-existent, leaving just a weak trickle coming from the shower head. It made washing and rinsing hair nearly impossible.
