There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level.

Clean room, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Exercise room left a lot to be desired. Otherwise, no complaints.

staff was excellent:) However it was not disclosed that ther was no hot water. My mom was safe though, and they had food donations. My Mom was very happy with her stay.
