The host is incredibly lovely, helpful & hard-working. The property is wonderful with great views & outdoor area to enjoy breakfast & relax after a long day sightseeing.
The breakfast provided was extensive and delicious. The shower was great & was always hot. The bed was so so comfortable, not rock hard like other beds I have experienced in Italy.
It’s outside the city walls but only a 10 minute walk uphill or downhill to & from Porta Maggiore or a couple more around to the escalator & lift up into the city. The C bus from the funicular stops at Porta Maggiore too. I was travelling solo with heavy luggage, was a little bit difficult for me, but if you’re fit or have a car no problem. Taxi is possible but very expensive so I didn’t use it but the host was very helpful to me. The other staff were very lovely also. In my view it was excellent value.

The room was perfect and comfortable. Walking distance to a nice city on a hill. Quiet area and easy to find, good parking available.
The owner was very nice and accommodating. Cannot recommend this place any more highly.
