Staff were very kind, restaurant food was reasonably priced and delicious, rooftop pool and seating are lovely and offer great views of the city. Room was very clean and spacious. Easy to get around everywhere via Tuktuk but not a ton to do within reasonable walking distance.

As an American, it would’ve been really nice to have a microwave inside the room. Other than that one thing, we had a great day. The staff was always there to help in anything that we needed.

Check-in process was some of the best I’ve ever experienced.
Staff was consistently attentive to every need. Very courteous reception coming and going from the hotel.
Impeccably clean rooms.
Excellent western and Asian style breakfast.
Adequate gym although not all equipment was in working order
Adequate swimming pool.
Enjoyed the happy hour at the rooftop bar.
I would definitely reserve again.
