This property was spectacular! It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences,
Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance.

Love staying here so much! It's always been a wonderful experience when staying in Nashville. The beds are so comfy, the robes are fantastic and the room has many amenities and details that take the experience above and beyond. And the customer service has been top notch even though there is no on-site staff.

Awesome place. Would definitely stay here again and the fact they give part of the profits to help the homeless….makes it that much sweeter! Stay here! You won’t be disappointed!

This is the perfect base for Nashville - just over a mile from Broadway but nestled in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to find plenty of places nearby to eat and loved heading to the bike trail along the river. Don’t be put off by the lack of face to face staff. It was one of the most seamless on and off boarding experiences we’ve had. We recommend The Russell with enthusiasm
