The recently refurbished rooms were brilliant - clean and spacious. Each room has it's own personal Wi-fi which doesn't always connect and resetting with the TV...staff were very happy to help with this.
The staff were helpful but it was clear they were overstretched and needed more support especially at breakfast where some food was running out and tables needed to be cleared and people were awaited to be seated. It must be noted that the breakfast selection is superb with traditional Okinawan dishes, salads, hot drinks, pastries including the bitter gourd and seaweed.
The hotel is on an incline from the main high street but is a convenient location to central Naha. All in all a great stay.

A very nice hotel! The lobby is large, the lobby bar is clean, and the outdoor pool is beautiful! All possible because of the amazing staff who work so hard! Yara-san was especially very helpful with activities to do and making delicious drinks! I recommend the Ryu-Kyu Mojito!
The staff was also very supportive with cleaning rooms and making the bed and bathroom tidy!
The always greet you with a smile and it was nice to always feel welcome everytime i entered. I would definitely go back!
