Actually a 4.5 star rating will be more apt but most of the staff members were very nice and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.
Pros:
Great value given the location
Helpful and welcoming staff members
Location very close to the Spokane airport and decently close to other tourist attractions
Sufficient parking space
Strong, stable wifi connectivity
Plenty of dining options as it is a major city
Good complimentary breakfast buffet
They have a nice fitness center and pool
Cons:
Not that nice of a view around the property and might be a bit difficult to find off of the main road
Not much of a walkable area at all except to a nearby gas station

Very clean and comfortable room; nice staff. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect. Convenient to have a bar/cafe in the lobby and nice touch to have free cookies in the lobby in the evening. Located in sort of a strange place near the airport (out by itself) so no close food or entertainment options - but that is fine if you have a car. Was a pretty good place for the cost.

This was a lovely hotel. The front desk girl was amazing. I had just stated a comfort suites in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the service and the condition of the hotel was awful. This is a lovely surprise on a weekend that was emotionally exhausting for me given my father had passed away, and I was there for his memorial.

Checked in late for an early-morning flight. Didn't get to explore much, but found friendly service, a clean property and room and what appeared to be nice amenities. Plenty of parking and a nice, well-lit parking lot. It is very conveniently located for those utilizing Spokane, WA (GEG) airport. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town.
