Quiet, cozy, very friendly and laid-back staff; if you're looking for an old-school motel experience, you'll find it here! Comfy mattresses to boot (super important!) - we slept very well after a long day of exploring trails. Highly recommended!

Such a cute "locally owned" motel...no stairs to navigate. Met the owner and just really appreciated the care he gave us. It always feels good to help out the community directly by supporting the folks who live there. Beautiful, refurbished room complete with a really cool "wall heater unit". Love the grounds with all the trees.
The mattress was a little sad. Could have used a towel rack or hook for damp towels.
