Excellent =

Front desk ladies were outstanding!!!! We will stay there on our way back from our cruise to Alaska. It’s wonderful when you go stay some where and everyone is so pleasant. Room was very quit, breakfast was great. Wish they had bacon!!!

Nice swimming pool..friendly staff..dirty bathroom had pubic hair in shower and a brown pop stain on the wall. that I wiped off myself because I was tired and was already moved because tv didn't have sound.

for the price it was not worth it. Rooms in poor condition and I heard a lot of thumping through out the night. broken tile in the restroom.

Had potential but they won’t put money into making it nice. But they’ll charge as if it’s Nice

The pool was gross. There were dirty towels and paper cups and other stuff strewn about the area that wasn’t picked up that had been left from the night Before and was there until the next afternoon. You should stock and have a better selection in the little store you have! It is a great idea and had only a few things in there. I thought the hotel had the potential to be such a nice place—there was a ton of space, especially on the 5th floor, and the pool could have been nice but no one wants to put money into it. That room should have cost me half of what I paid per night. If it was as nice as it could have been, I would have happily paid!!!! Instead, I’ll never come back. And I travel to Spokane every year.

This is our second time staying here. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

We got to breakfast and the eggs were gone, the milk and juice were empty, the coffee pot was empty and the sausage links looked like they were left over from the day before. We waited for about 15 minutes to see if the attendant would show up but no one did.

Overall a budget friendly place to stay with family

The rooms and bedding were clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was relatively clean

The breakfast was just ok- not great. The walls and building is worn but price reflects that I guess

It was great

Being able to take my children swimming was great and the staff were super nice. They made our staff much better and we're very helpful with getting a extra bed set up for my son.

The breakfast options were very limited, and what was there was mostly gone, burnt, or looked blah, but it was nice to be able to grab some toast before we left for the day, it would be great if there was dinner options, but it was good

Overall......a nice place to stay.

We requested a room close to the elevators, due to my mobility & bringing a dog......they were VERY accommodating !!!

Breakfast was very "limited", and we went early !!! Handicap parking is at the FAR end of the building, AWAY from the main entrance....

Garbage never stay there

Nothing the place was horrible and really dirty

That there was a method pipe in my room it was dirty uncleanness used dirty sheets I will never get a room there again would rather sleep in my car

Room was very large and clean. The toilet took us by surprise, it was an industrial type with no back, just the large metal pipe and flusher. Like the kind in a rest area restroom. Lol The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great.

The breakfast! The eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Not many choices of anything.
