A great layover spot

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Public areas were inviting, and for I didn't mind checking out and waiting in the lobby for the shuttle to take me to the airport. There was a convenience store on site with snacks.

The room was dated and could use refurbishing. It wasn't the closest airport hotel. The layout leading to the elevators was a bit confusing as well.

My visit was pleasant and relaxing.

The hotel was close to the airport. The hotel was very clean with very helpful employees.

My door did not fit very well. There was an opening at the bottom of the door, by the wall. When the door is closed, you can see out to the hallway. Also, the bed was very hard, no give to it at all. It was

Well maintained motel, clean, beautifully landscaped, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, close to interstate, awesome 24hr pool- great choice to stay in Spokane!

In general, everything was fine and the girl at the reception was very positive and quickly helped us check in! Everything was clean and comfortable bed and pillows! The only woman at breakfast who served the kitchen was intolerant of children and was rude asking questions in a rude manner, she is of Asian origin, not tall, we did not say anything about this but it is already too much because we were not at her house but were in a hotel ... and the price is still too high.

staff in the kitchen (a woman of short stature was rude to children ... I think this is unacceptable.

Would have been worth it with no construction noises.

The 24 hour pool and workout room.

I was unaware of renovations until I checked in. Messy to say the least and no place for family to visit outside of our room. My tub was cracked and gross in a very expensive room. The staff up front was friendly but breakfast staff yelled at my daughter and made her cry, on her birthday!!! And I cut my foot in the pool area.

Descent place overall would stay again.

I did appreciate some extras that some hotels don’t have such as hot chocolate and chocolate chips.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Food was so-so. Yogurt was expired.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, a great variety of snacks, non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for purchase. I like the 12:00 checkout time.

Staff was pleasant, and place was clean.

Room was comfortable. Could use a little hotter water and water pressure in the shower.

Didn't really care for the breakfast. I went to have my bowl of cereal and there was no skim milk just whole milk. Shouldn't offer the spot for skim and then not have any available. And then having one elevator not working was a little inconvenient when your room given was all the way at the other end of the hotel. Makes it a little hard with all your bags and stuff. 😔
