Best possible place to stay near Spokane for easy on-off Interstate 90 and great breakfast.

This is my go-to place to stay near Spokane. You name it-- it's comfy, clean, and inviting. Staff is so nice, friendly; lobby inviting; breakfast fantastic; mini-market room well stocked; close to businesses up Sunset Hw.

There are a few rooms with HVAC noise and some building-wide sound surges.

Good value for cost, near airport and west Spokane.

Location was excellent for all the errands that needed to be done with minimum effort. Including the airport. Cost was fair. Front desk staff really funny and friendly at check in.

Breakfast menu needs a little more like cereal, milk, fruit. Eggs were dry. Otherwise, nice to have a part of the price. I will still go back.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly.

There seemed to be a lot of water damage throughout the hotel. Our bathroom seemed to have mold growing at the top.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, large space. Great continental breakfast!

Entry into the room. Need to update using touch card and not magnetic strip. We had to go back to front desk to have them redo the key bc we couldn't get in.

I would definitely stay here again; was a great place.

The hotel had very nice, large, modern windows that kept it very quite. it was a decent size room, with fridge & microwave. Loved that they provided Dove brand soaps & shampoo/conditioner!!

Everything it was new and fresh and breakfast was great we will definitely stay here again!!

It took a long time for the room to heat up but once it did was fantastic

we were disappointed.

clean able to park the car for 14 days

needs a new bed. we had a king size but both rolled to the middle low spot. when wet arrived 7:30pm the hot water for tea was empty and the decaf coffee was cold.

would not book there again. the staff did try to help but they had little to work with.

Breakfast not great.

There was no pool as advertised no hot-tub no shuttle after 11 pm I arrived at 11:20. t much was very disappointed. The first room was very dirty they moved us to a upgraded room which was cleaner but needed to be redecorated.

Disappointing

the bed was really comfortable and there was a little store with snacks and drinks

when we got to our room, it was a room not ready, then they sent us to a different room and it was really cold took a long time to get it warmed up.

The curtains were sheer and we were on the bottom floor. I feel like blackout drapes should be an option.

the staff did like the fact I was from Booking.com and would not provide me with an invoice that I need.
