Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location. Restaurant is good. Mattress, pillow and door key need upgrade. Overall it's a nice and convenient place.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Kimal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel has a good, secure car park, which was very convenient, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the main street, making it easy to explore San Pedro de Atacama’s restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bed provided a great night’s sleep. The only small improvement I would suggest would be the addition of a headboard, which would make the bed even more comfortable for reading or relaxing.
As the hotel is so close to the town centre, there was some street noise at times, but this is simply a consequence of the excellent location and certainly not the hotel’s fault.
Overall, Hotel Kimal is a charming place to stay with fantastic staff, a perfect location, and comfortable accommodation. We would happily stay here again.
