The location is second to none, the room or apartment I should say, was large, beautifully decorated, super clean and the beds we’re exceptionally comfortable. We had a full bathroom and a powder room, which was is super convenient. Ammenities are great, kitchenette, laundry and an essentials locker fully stocked.
The problem was that there is no staff on site, everything is managed remotely, so we got locked out of our room and we waited approximately 2 hours to have the problem resolved. Turns out I had neglected to pay for the city tax, although I did not get a remainder, once I paid, the access thing got resolved, but it took a while to get help and for the help desk to figure out what the problem was.
Another thing is that there was no elevator access to our floor, we were in apartment 205 and instructions were to go up to the third floor and then go down one flight of curved stairs, with luggage in tow, I understand that old buildings are wonky, but accesibility is definitely an issue.
All in all and even with the few issues we had I would absolutely book again.

The place was clean and the beds were so comfortable!! We were in the middle of everything! We could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. So close to great restaurants and many gluten free places. Train is easy to use as are the taxi's and buses.

Wifi is the only downside in this unit - very weak. Would be good if the host left some batteries for remotes as well. This location was stellar and pretty quiet at night. Lots of storage - would be great for a longer stay.
