Fantastic place to stay. Within 10-15 minutes of the first gate of the city. Very excellent restaurant on site and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious, and quiet at night. If you need the front desk early on the weekend, make sure to talk to them the night before.

What a lovely, characterful, quiet place to stay away from the crowds.
The staff were very friendly and the evening meals were some of the best we’ve had.

We stayed in the family room with a private bathroom. It was a great experience staying in an old monastery. Everything was great and we couldn't have asked for more. We liked how the property was so close to Volterra.
