The property is basic. Small rooms like most in Japan. TV was very basic. No streaming apps or English channels except BBC News. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Very clean though and the staff is lovely.

The staff have been incredibly kind and help with all the questions we had! They even helped me with a forgotten item from a previous hotel. They have gone above and beyond and are so friendly! Enjoyed our stay here.
