Outstanding customer service. Staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel is very convenient for stay in Taipei, everything is walking distance. Would differently recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, it was raining daily during our 5 days stay and we didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Gym and jacuzzi are good enough for short use. However, I find the breakfast is a bit boring after the 3rd day…… we ent out for local bites instead. Apart from that we did enjoy our stay even though it didn’t wowed us.
