I love this hotel , it’s family owned and the owners are very nice people . The continental breakfast was great with variety of food to choose from . The rooms were clean, the AC and fridge worked well and there was plenty of hot water for shower . Each room had its own table in front with 2 chairs to enjoy the evenings on the island . The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The hotel provides shuttle service from the airport when requested. We were greeted with leis made from local flowers . It was such a nice welcoming gesture . During the stay , the owners often gave us fresh fruits : mango , watermelon, maracuja and soft drinks free of charge . It is an excellent hotel .

Going to Rapa Nui my expectations were low in terms of what to expect but the bed was comfortable, hotel room was spotless, and I had hot water, a portable AC unit, fan, and power. Breakfast was free, and I was happy with it. Hanga Roa is very small and it was super easy to walk everywhere from the hotel even in flip flops.
What was incredible was the hotel staff. Genuinely some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met and were patient with my broken Spanish. It was super easy to check in, and they gave me my room early and let me check out late with no problem.
