Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms are a good size and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was with our safe, it wouldn’t open and the staff on duty couldn’t help. We had to wait for maintenance, however we had to leave to make our evening plans. It was inconvenient as all of our money was in the safe so had to use bank cards. They entered our room while we were out and when we returned they told us that the safe is open but do not close it again. So they had left it open with all of our money and passports inside. Which I didn’t think was very good, they should have waited until we were in the hotel.
