Really friendly staff, lovely clean room

It was very clean and a lovely room! The staff were friendly, our meal was excellent in the bar downstairs! Downside the sash windows although lovely rattled all night with the wind! Also the final stairs to our room had no hand rail so a bit dicey coming down with bags! But a lovely place!

Nice and spacious room above a stylish, renovated pub. Friendly staff and buses, bicycles and underground nearby.
The spanish style menu in the pub is bit overpriced compared to the many options around. The pub closes before midnight so no worries about noise in the night, it’s very quiet.

I enjoyed my first stay at the Captain Cook . I received a very good welcome and the staff were very helpful. My room and ensuite bathroom was good with an excellent shower head. Very good kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities. I had a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal for me as quite convenient for where I needed to visit on this stay in London. I would book again. In fact I just have for my next visit to London. Many thanks to all the staff.
