The room is pretty clean, (Spotless) it has nice kitchen Amenity. Three Coffee Pots (which is excellent). I only drink instant coffee and I need a bigger pot for making my instant Caramel Macchiato coffee. We only used the room for one night to rest (For Kirkjufell waterfalls and Aurora Borealis Photography)
The room is sufficient enough for one night.

Of the 8 properties I have stayed at on this trip, with similar wants and needs, this property was the best. Well-maintained, great amenities, convenient parking, and a great view right outside your room.

This apartment is clean and functional. However, a few things to be aware of:-
- the view and location is not ideal - whilst it has a "sea view", it is actually partly a harbour view, and partly looking at a harbour wall and tonnes of aggregate in bags. It's much more industrial than the pictures would have you think. The location is also in a street with derelict buildings, and isn't on the side of town with the mountain in the background.
Secondly, there are a few niggles - the curtains keep falling off their hooks. Then when the wind blows, it whistles through the door - it was really very loud (we had gale force winds). In the end, we booked a different place for our second night, as staying here was just not great and not enjoyable. When the weather is bad, also to note, there is no TV. The policy of keeping usable food though is really good - nice to see a bit of olive oil etc. available for the next guests rather than it always being thrown away.
