The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional.

The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check
Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok .
I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest .
The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables .

A very nice hotel. Restaurant servers are excellent. Nice to have a bus pass from the hotel. Only complaint is wifi in room was very poor.
