Beautiful rainforest setting .The most attentive staff always greeting you and trying to understand what you may want even though their English is limited. The room was excellent very big and comfortable. A shuttle bus is available for ventures into town and elsewhere.
The food was satisfactory to good but sometimes the food and hot drinks were not hot enough. Therealso a very long wait sometimes for the food . Understanding how to toast Gluten Free bread took many attempts but after talking with the manager this was sorted out . really enjoyed the quietness and cooler weather in Ubud .

The unit was really nice, good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a villa unit with private small pool, highly recommend. The unit included coffee, teabags, sweeteners, milk, soda, bottles of water
and electric kettle. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel had a lite sandwich for us, and on another day small canapes. Breakfast was included, wide variety, made to order, and tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. The grounds are beautiful. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast.
The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome.

Beautiful area with surprisingly good service. Stayed at the jungle view villa for our honeymoon and there’s nothing at all to complain about. The staff was super helpful with everything from room service, cleaning, transportation and hospitality. The restaurant was unbelievable as well.
