The property was easy to find and located in a very serene and peaceful location, with an easy 5 minute ride into central ubud. The pool facilities were great for when you just want to relax in the sun, and the rooms are always kept clean and tidy, plus very spacious! But best of all, the staff were so welcoming and kind. They catered to every request we had, gave us recommendations for local food spots, and always greeted us with a friendly smile!! Would definitely recommend for anyone!

The staff where just amazing, they where helpful and nothing was a problem. when we arrived our room was upstairs and we are disabled, but within a few minutes where where moved to a ground floor room. the whole hotel/cottages was just amazing. the pool was lovely and everything was spotless. We met the owner and he was so kind.
Nothing Really apart from the work down the steps with large suitcases. but what was handled by the team swiftly as soon as they saw us arriving.

Location was good, all popular places in Ubud not so far by motorbike or by taxi.
Also I like that the hotel(cottage) has not so many room. It makes this place very quiet and comfortable to stay.
Room kinda look older compare with pictures. In the room we didn’t have dental kit,slippers and phone.
It would be better if we had more choice for breakfast.
