It’s a very beautiful and very private villa. Very spacious and relaxing. It is conveniently located very close to Ubud Market and other sights (Monkey Forest, Mason Elephant Park, etc.). The views and rooms are just as pictured (even better in person). Spa services were amazing. The staff is excellent: super helpful, polite, responsive (WhatsApp). We used their driver Imade to take us around and he was fantastic! Overall, our family had the best time in Portobello Villa!

You are 100% private in your villa, what it makes very easy to relax. There are only a few villas so the numbers of guests is limited. If you want to you have the possibility to see no one. Especially I liked the view, the clean pool and terrace. For breakfast you have always 2 dishes and good options to choose
Cleanliness of room and bathroom could have been better in my opinion but it was okay

Very nice villa, staff was very welcoming and helpful. All staff were super helpful in everything we asked, they were very accommodating.
Room is a bit dark could do with more lighting but it could also be quite romantic, air con was loud but staff tried to help to fix the issue, we end up just using the fan. There was a lot of mosquito so bring repellant!! Only felt safe from it when you’re in the mosquito net so couldn’t really relax but we were out most of the day and only return to sleep. Would have been nice to be notified that they were renovating the reception area - at first arriving quite late felt a bit worried that we booked a false accommodation.
