The staff was all around fantastic and hospitable. The place was as clean as could be. I did not like finding clean towels sitting on top of dead bugs. The garden, pool, and small trail were absolutely gorgeous!!!! It was a nice view to wake up to.

Almendros property continues to grow into a beautiful piece of property. A gated property with several villas on a multi-acres where sloths, toucans, parrots, macaws and many other birds and animals can be found.

I had a lovely weeknd here. You need to drive 15 minutes into la fortuna but it was worth it for the local culture and the birds!

Wonderful place to stay. 15 minute drive from La Fortuna. Only issue was that the blankets seemed to not have been replaced from the previous tenants.
