I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony.
The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler).
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier.
The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly.

We enjoyed an excellent room, great hospitality from wonderful staff, and a comfortable clean well-equipped room. Unfortunately there's a lot of dog feces on sidewalks, so watch your step!
