What an absolute joy it was staying here! The hosts are magnificent, the breakfast was great, the hospitality was top notch! Parking was a little tight depending on vehicle size, but easy and free! The rooms were cozy and very clean. Very affordable as well, and a short 5 minute drive to Clifton Hills and the falls. We were beyond satisfied with our stay and will absolutely book again for next time we are up here! The WiFi is a little spotty during the day, but nothing that really bothered us. I will point out we had a major issue with Expedia when sending/seeing messages to/from the hosts. I highly recommend calling the property and giving them your cell phone number so they can text the details of your stay. Our trip was nearly ruined due to Expedia's error. Aside from that, you will not be disappointed with your stay. Affordable, hospitable, and close to everything. You can't beat it.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed was good. The room has a 42" tv but no cable. The breakfast was ok but not as advertised. It was a simple breakfast of eggs, toast, a sausage, bacon and yogurt. The photo showed a much fancier breakfast with fresh fruit and tomatoes.

Room was very clean, stairs were steep and small to the room. Breakfast was hot and made to order, plenty of coffee. The steps from driveway are crumbling and should have a railing.
