Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold.
We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!

The host was very amenable. The property was very clean, breakfast had a great choice of continental options and it was nice and warm for our 2 day stay.
Parking was at the rear.

We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend.

My boyfriend and I spent three days in Bath in the middle of our 9-day UK trip. Grosvenor Villa was a delightful place to stay. The room was lovely with three large windows and a four-post bed. We enjoyed breakfast at the Villa before sightseeing each day. The walk from the Villa to Bath city center was about 25 minutes and was very scenic and went along the river - we enjoyed the walk!
Richard was a very a welcoming host and provided a very personalized experience. He provided us with great recommendations. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Bath again!
