Fantastic location for the event i was attending. Close to local shops, pubs & cafes. The hotel staff were polite, very warm, welcoming, accommodating & friendly - a totally lovely experience. Would highly recommend to family & friends. The hotel can only accommodate able body individuals..... no wheelchair access and no facilities Re: lifts

We had issues with our room initially because there was a horrible smell. They investigated and could not immediately resolve it so upgraded our room without us even knowing!
The staff were really lovely and approachable. Great stay.
