Very clean room. Friendly staff. Room very hot when we arrived, we had to open the window as the radiator too a long time to turn cold once closed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and did a great job accommodating our dietary requirements. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect for our trip to Cheddar Gorge. I would definitely recommend.

A great one night stay at The George. Check in was super friendly, takeaway fish and chips in the garden were delicious. We happened to be there for the Harvest Home celebrations so enjoyed watching everything getting ready from the window, the community bacon baps and takeaway coffee for breakfast and the event itself. It was incredibly hot and the fan and open window wasn’t enough to create any cool so sleeping was difficult but bed was comfy and room beautiful. We would definitely stay again - thank you.
