Room was nice and modern with huge bed and welcome pack for the dog.
Noise from church bells through the night, for the price I had expected breakfast to be included.
You cannot park outside during certain times due to the one hour limit, but they did provide dog beds to prevent me having to carry mine down the road several streets away.

Great location, historic building, helpful and polite staff.
The Oak House is in the heart of the small town, with Parking options close by.
Good seating aread inside and outside in the town square.
We have a couple of dogs, who were made to feel very welcome. Beds, treats and welcoming staff.
On a hot day the room was warm, but there was a really good fan.

Rooms were attractively furnished, clean and looked quite new and up to date.
Had some issues with the plumbing which they were unable to fix. Thought the breakfast was included but it turned out it wasn't. Bought breakfast the first day but it was very basic and not worth the money
so we made other arrangements for the rest of our stay.
