As usual my stay was wonderful
The staff cannot do enough for you
Standards in all areas are very high!
This is what keeps me returning…on that note, I’m wondering if there could be some kind of reward , ie a free dinner, or returning guests?!

we had a leaky toilet which caused us to lose one night's sleep...it would not stop despite me trying to rectify the problem. bad news which spoilt our stay.

Clean room, courteous staff, good parking
Breakfast was good, however noticed Weetabix packets, I was served over a month out of date, waitress apologised. Hopefully just human error, no repercussions so far
