Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us. Of course, there were a few challenges along the way, but we came here fully aware of what to expect, so nothing really caught us by surprise.
What impressed me most was the effort the resort has made for its guests, it almost feels as if they built the hotel right on top of the ocean. Because of that, I find it a bit unfair to focus too much on minor inconveniences.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help whenever needed. My room was always kept clean and well maintained. The air conditioning could have been a little stronger, but honestly, once you open the door and let the ocean breeze drift into the room, you find yourself falling asleep to the sound and scent of the sea. At that point, the air conditioning becomes the last thing on your mind.
We left with beautiful memories and a genuine appreciation for the experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay enjoyable.

We booked a sea villa for 1 night. The view from the terrace and the hotel vibe is amazing. I know before that there is no lights but its not that much dim. Bed is comfortable. The only thing i probably cant take more than one night is the water is from sea so its a little bit salty and sticky on your skin after shower. And the hotel food is a little bit overpriced. Breakfast not included. Otherwise everything else is amazing.

Stayed here for 8 days 7 nights. The integration of the unique architecture to nature was the highlight! - This really is what stands out in our overalls stay. We loved the whole off-peak experience for our honeymoon. Perfect location to watch the sunrise and sunset. Love the music around the property, too.
For the room prices and fees from other services offered, we felt like the upkeep of the property could have been better. This applies to the overall customer service experience, too. They were generally nice, but proactive customer service could really do a lot better. Again, for their prices, you would expect a level more than just mediocre.
We loved our experience dining in Elixik restaurant for multiple breakfasts and lunch. Benjamin was very attentive and has great energy! He was also stationed in iMix at one point when we were at the beach and we were glad he was there! He always made us feel welcome which we didn’t feel much with a lot of the service staff.
We would also like to commend Leonardo for doing what he does. He did the gratitude and love ceremony to us our first night! We felt his sincerity even to other guests when witnessing him perform for them.
Claudia from our Cacao ceremony was amazing! That experience is unforgettable.
Overall, we loved our stay and no regrets.

Details in Architecture, care to Nature, rooms location and privacy, foods in the hotel, attendance of staff from cleaning to waiters to concierge is all amazing. It is unique spot, may be hard to survive for 5 star only guests but its fantastic for nature lovers!!!
