el servicio y la atencion, todos se aseguraron de que nuestra estancia fuera mas que placentera. El area de Spa muy comoda y Gloria, extraordinaria masajista.

The building is new and modern with nice styling. The staff is nice. Bikes are good and available which is a big plus. The gym was nice, big and clean. The location is half way between the town and the national park with the nicest beaches. We were able to cycle to the beach each day which was great.
They almost never cleaned our room during the week we were there even though we were out all day. I constantly had to ask them. They never replaced the drinking water in the bathroom even though you can’t use the tap water to brush your teeth. The food was not great and expensive. And service was pretty bad.
