The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect.
The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

AC was not working but we were fine with the temperature in the room was warm but not overly hot. Staff went out their way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the great coffees the staff made for us.

Such a great place to stay. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered all our questions and wrote them down so we wouldn’t forget. The hotel has a large social area with lots of games for the children to play. Very highly recommend.
