We enjoyed the location and had a restful stay. The breakfast was excellent.
We arrived to find someone’s hair on our pillowcases, which was very unpleasant.

There was a minor issue regarding the cleanliness of a room, but as a regular, accustomed, and consistently satisfied customer, I am overlooking this small incident, which was resolved with an apology.
