This is a lovely boutique hotel in Beacon Hill. The staff was very kind and courteous, including going above and beyond to address an issue with my first room. The team’s attention to detail coupled with the lovely property and convenient location make this an excellent option in Boston. I

There were a lot of hidden fees. Some for amenities not used but yet charged for it.

Our spacious room amenities were amazing! All the usual plus a loofa, bath salts, slippers, fabulous terry robe, hand steamer for clothes, espresso machine, refrigerator, assorted care products like shower cap, cotton pads, q-tips, sewing kit, and more that I can’t remember. It was such a luxurious experience. I will be back and I highly recommend this hotel for its phenomenal location.
