All staff superb both at reception and throughout the property. Rooms large and immaculate with all amenities. Property superb. Location peaceful and relaxing with balcony and view of the lake. Only 5 mins by car to Kastoria town. 8-10 Euros by taxi. Would have liked to stay longer if we had the time.

Incredibly beautiful property. The view is stunning, the pools are amazing!
The rooms were nice and quiet, well sound proofed and the curtains were nice and darkened if you needed to sleep in late.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the spa but it looked amazing and I'm sure, like everything else it was exactly as shown and described. Highly recommend!

This is an incredible hotel for families - child friendly, clean, and wonderful facilities. There is a small indoor play zone with someone who looks after the kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The indoor pool is lovely. Everyone that works here is the kindest! My family and I had a wonderful stay
