I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn in New Orleans and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, and our room felt more like a mini studio apartment than a standard hotel room. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing views from the room. The large windows brought in plenty of natural light and offered a beautiful look at the city, making the space feel even more open and inviting.
The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, but I especially want to recognize Gray on the swing shift. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Gray was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, helping us discover some fantastic places to eat during our trip.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is conveniently close to Canal Street and Bourbon Street, making it easy to enjoy the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife of New Orleans without needing to travel far. We also felt comfortable and safe walking around the area, which gave us peace of mind while exploring the city.
Overall, the Residence Inn exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, beautiful views, excellent staff, and convenient location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting New Orleans!

Staff were very helpful and kind. The city view was amazing; we were on the 12th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient and most places that we visited were just a walking distance away.
