The property is clean and it works if you just need a place to crash. Location is great and there’s an excellent “padaria” in the corner. Staff have no permission to enter your room while you’re staying so if you stay many nights it could be a problem but staff is attentive if you need help. Eugenia (a lady on cleaning duty) was super nice and picked up the trash from me, gave me extra soap and towels when I complained.

For the price I paid, it was very good value for money. The unit is small but if it’s just a place for you to sleep and then explore it’s totally fine. Good no frills value.
