Really friendly English-speaking staff ... 24 hour front desk and always willing to help. Also, La Cielo is located within easy walking distance of trains and subway, and a million restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Finally, very quiet. They don´t have an on-site restaurant, that that is no issue.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Cute small room with a nice balcony. I would be happy to stay here again.

Super clean, very comfortable bed, helpful staff. Really nice little hotel. Great location near plenty of shops and restaurants. Skip the balcony room, which is tiny, and instead ask for the larger interior rooms

The staff was very nice.
The room had a beautiful view. The train tracks are below the view window. It was so loud with trains and traffic just below window, even with window closed. Bathrooms are very small. Moldy grout in bathroom. We bought the breakfast with room plan. The breakfast is not served in hotel but at restaurant about 5-10 min walk down residential street.
I don’t think I’d stay there again.
